I don't get into Halloween, but I did want to share a funny I saw today. Hope it makes you smile! :)
I really like Janis's tradition of sharing jokes and memes. I may have to do this from time to time!

Hello. I have another entry (#6) for The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge. This one is also using an image from Ike's Art from the Fleaz Navidad set. I hope you like my card!

Hi. Hope you are having a wonderful day! I am sharing the fifth card I have made for The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge. I used a special image on this card; one that came from Ike (Sue Eisenhauer). It is from the set "Kitten Kristmas" . I cannot recall if it is one of the sets I won at a previous Cat Lover's Challenge by Janis in the past, or if it one of the ones I purchased. (I think between winnings and purchasing, I have almost all of Ike's cat images". Sadly, we lost Ike (Sue) a couple of years ago, but I was so happy to see that her store is still open. I love that the art she shared is still available for others Ike's Art Digital Images.

Hi. Back again to share another card I made for The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge. Having a good time with the challenges, and so happy to note that there is still plenty of time for people to sign up and play along! The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge
Here is card #4 for the challenges. I used the Cottage Cutz die (from Scrapping Cottage) called "Santa's Hat Cat" I really enjoyed making this card. The die cuts all of the pieces from one solid die, so I like to cut them out of white card stock, and then color them with stamp ink and alcohol markers. I used die cuts, paper and ribbon from my stash. I hope you like my card!

Hi. Hope today finds you well! It certainly looks and feels like Fall here today! Hope it is nice where you are!
Here is my third card I made for The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge (in honor of Janis). I used the stamp Reindeer Kitty from Whimsy Stamps. I used some glitter paper and some DP from my stash. I also used Bic and Sharpie markers, Letraset Promarkers, and Prismacolor pencils; along with a white gel pen. I hope you like my card. I enjoyed coloring up this adorable image from Whimsy Stamps.
Hello. Here is my second entry for The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge. Once again I used the Newton's Candy Cane stamp set on my card from Newton's Nook. I hope you like my card.

Hello. I hope everyone is having a blessed and happy Sunday! I finally made it back! After getting some home repairs and some other things done, I hope to be able to keep up a little better. I've had that song from the White Rabbit from Alice In Wonderland stuck in my head all morning! "I'm Late, I'm Late, for a very important date". (I won't sing the rest, lol.)
Here is a card I made for the Cat Lover's Challenge featuring the stamp " Newton's Candy Cane" from Newton's Nook. I just love Newton's Nook. Their stamps featuring the cat Newton are my faves there; although I do love the other ones also!

O.k., as always, I am running behind! October 3rd marked the beginning day for the Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge at the Christmas Kickstart Challenge blog. The Challenge is in honor of Janis Woolbright, who had the wonderful Cat Lover's Blog Hop every year in October. Sadly, Janis passed this past January. Jo, from the Kickstart Challenge wanted to continue the tradition that Janis implemented every year to honor her memory.
Janis was a kind and beautiful soul! She always had the nicest things to say to everyone, and she made all of the posters on her blog feel so welcome! She was an avid cat lover and also a wonderful card maker. She made such lovely cards. October was always a fun time on her blog with the October Cat Lover's Blog Hop. That is where I came to know just a little of Janis. She shared the cutest kitty jokes and pics on her blog, and I looked forward to seeing her posts and her beautiful cards. She was super kind and always left the nicest comments on my blog. I have missed her! I enjoyed getting the notice of her posts in my feed and seeing what she made, and I also miss her sweet comments on my blog. She was a bright light in this world, and her absence has left a void. I have no doubts that she is in heaven spreading her kindness and warmth and giving animals and cats much love and affection! That is just the impression I have left of her in my heart.
I don't know that I've had the opportunity to participate in one of Jo's challenges in the past, but I am so looking forward to playing in her Cat Lover's Challenge. The theme is Cats and Christmas, so be sure that the cards you would enter feature Christmas and a cat. I have been looking forward to it, and it is going to be lots of fun. There are lots of games and prizes and random drawings. There will be people posting about their kitties and lots of fun to be had. I know Jo has worked really hard on this; along with some other ladies that have helped her, so it is awesome to see what she has done! The challenge runs through October 31st. I hope to see you there! The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge
Well, I'm late getting in my project for the September Progressive Challenge at the Outlawz. Where did the month go? I thought sure I had a few more days. DER!!! Sad thing is that I had it made, but just hadn't uploaded the pic yet. YEESH! Oh well, I guess better late than never! Love the image from Sandra; made the perfect background for my card! Her image is called "Flower Background". I also used the digis, "Build a scene lamp" from Polkadoodles and " Cat's Favorite Chair" from A Day for Daisies.
I hope you like my card! :)
